Due to the a/c compressor the lower cowl requires modification to provide adequate clearance. We trimmed the left lower inlet to allow the cowl to fit into place over the compressor. I then determined the area on the lower slope of the cowl that will need to be trimmed away. Before I do the trimming I decided to make a fiberglass duplicate of the outside shape of the cowl around the area that will be cut away. I may be able to use this as the base for the "blister" around the compressor. Lots more to come.
