I previously shot about four coats of color on the cabin top interior. The sheen of the paint had much more gloss than the remainder of the interior pieces. I think the difference was due to the extra coats of paint. That's not something I've experienced with previous paint jobs but I can't determine any other cause. So, after sanding the paint down with 400 wet, I shot the cabin top interior again along with the two overhead cover plates. I only shot a fog coat followed by one full coat. The results turned out wonderful. The sheen is much more satin like, which was the look expected. Should be ready to mount the top in a couple of days.
