While waiting for the Silpruf to dry on the left door, I worked on the windscreen. I sanded and beveled the plexi edges. I then marked the upper location of the windscreen and the upper cabin flange. I applied 3" tape to the upper fusealge and flange. Installed the Silpruf spacer along the top flange. Decided to paint a small strip of satin black on the fuselage skin directly behind the windscreen contact point. Will be installing Aerosport's glare shield kit but wanted to make sure there was a good tranistion along the edges of the glareshield material.
