Removed the clecos and masking tape from the left rear window. I applied a bit of sealer to the cleco holes.
I finished fitting the windscreen. I drilled the upper cleco holes and fit the remaining lower aluminum clips. The reach for the wingnut clecos along the top is much deeper than the door or rear windows. As a result the standard wingnut clecos did not have adequate grip length. I did have enough long reach clecos to accomplish the task. Since they were so long I had to put three more wooden spacers on each cleco but they are working well. I sanded the upper flange and also made a cardboard template for the glareshield.
I then trimmed the Silpruf spacer on the right door window.
Lastly, I applied the first skim coat on the left door window in preparation for installation tomorrow.
