I sanded the layer of glazing I previously applied to rear edge of the top cowl. I then trimmed the cowl injector inlet tunnel and removed the foam mold block. After thoroughly cleaning the fiberglass previously in contact with the foam, I applied 9 oz cloth along the inside edge to further attach the tunnel to the bottom cowl.
