Drilled the four #19 screw attach holes in the front gear fairing. Installed the four #8 nutplates to the grear leg tabs and secured the top with a hose clamp per instructions. Reinstalled the cowl. I had to relieve the vertical support to the rear bottom cowl attach plate to clear the back of the gear leg. After I remove the cowl, I need to relieve one area on the bracket for additional clearance. Other than sanding and priming the front wheel pant/lef fairing is complete.
Wet sanded the fill slurry on the right wheel pand and intersection fairing. Fit the assembly back on the airplane to verify fit. A few more small tasks on the right side assembly and then everything is ready for priming.
