Today was door day. I tackled three tasks I've been unsuccessfully avoiding. First, I carefully painted the cabin top door opening/fuselage transition. It came out quite well. I plan to cover to the door sills and vertical front and back members with the Aerosport panels. Consequently, I did not paint, other than primer, these parts.
I then sanded the interior of the second door. Afterwards, I applied a little bit of glazing to both doors. The glazing is very minimal. After I finish sand the glazing I plan to spot prime just to make sure everything is ready for interior color.
Lastly, I sealed up the remaining fuselage and primed the exterior of the cabin top door opening. I'm doing one side at a time. I primed the left side today. I'll do some glazing touch up tomorrow and prime the right side.
