I finished drilling the scoop to the fuselage bottom. Thirty two holes in all. The fiberglass and associated flange just doesn't fit as nicely as I wouild like. I mixed a bunch of mico, frosted the entire flange area and reinstalled the scoop back on the fuse. I applied vinyl tape to the fuse to act as a release agent before I installed the scoop.
