Removed the ER tank door layups from the wingtips. Cut out, trimmed and sanded the ER tank access hatche openings on both tips. Marked, cut out and sanded the new ER tank access doors. I measured the thickness of the doors versus the wingtip and decided another layer of cloth was in order for the doors. Thanks to the two layers of carbon, the doors are very rigid. The extra layer is just to provide a bit more tickness.
