Brief Description: Install Elevator and Rudder Tips
I dimpled the elevator skins and countersunk the fiberglass tips. I riveted both tips and applied a coat of epoxy and micro balloons along the seam to level off the tip and provide for a well defined expansion joint. This process worked great on my -8. I also fit the rudder top tip, riveted it in place and applied micro on one side.
