Purchased the material and began sewing the seat cushion. It's been too cold out in the garage to do much and it's nice and warm by the sewing machine....
I was able to find the color and texture of material I was looking for, so so-far-so-good. I think I'll be able to do my own interior for around $60-70 complete. Good thing my mom taught me how to sew as a kid. Sewing is a lot like building anything else; you figure out what you want and draw it up, take a bunch of measurements, lay the measurements out on the fabric using chalk, cut out the material, sew the parts together. The only hard part is figuring which parts to sew together first, and how to run the damn sewing machine. It also helps that I don’t plan to do anything too fancy.
