I still have 2 angle parts left to fabricate since I screwed up three times and ran out of 2.5 x 2.5 x .1875" angle. My order with 1 foot of this angle should be here from Wicks in a few days. All told, I did the 88 (of the required 90) angle parts in 34.5 hours (10 days elapsed time). Now I just have to wait for the rest of the kit to arrive.
Sonex includes plenty of material for a few mistakes, just not really stupid ones. So far, the plans have included all the information necessary to make the parts, although I found about 10-15 mistakes/omissions for these parts, but nothing most people would even notice (I used to be a draftsman).
