Worked on the ailerons today. They build very similar to the elevator and rudder, except for the counterweight.
Cutting the lead was no problem. The band saw cuts it easily. Drilling it is a pain, however, as the bits get stuck often. Seems bigger bits work easier.
Hung the ailerons from the ceiling on strings to balance them.
