Completed both bell cranks and attached them to the rib as shown on the drawing. A few issues with the bell crank; the bolt that is used with the nut and the cotter pin is just a little too long, so when the nut is tightened, the nut is so far on the bolt, past where the hole is for the cotter pin goes, that the nut will turn. To cure this I added a washer before the nut (the drawing does not call out a washer here).
Another issue I had was I didn't like how the brass bearing fit into the bell crank. It just didn't seem to be all that tight, so after I pressed it in I also used some epoxy to make sure it would stay put and didn't spin in the bell crank. The pictures below show both the extra washer and the epoxy.
