Tonight I needed to finish the Wind Screen drilling. I had previously marked the rear cutting line even with the rear of the Roll Bar. I first cut the Wind Screen down (No Pictures) and then set it in place on the roll bar. The rear ot the wind screen needs to be flush with the canopy when it is fully closed (No shit, right?). I placed a piece of masking tape on the roll bar so that I could see the mark for drilling every 2". The plans say that the best place to shim is on the Roll bar because they will be hidden by the skirt. The left side only needed washers in a few holes at the top but the right pretty much needed them all the way down. The most I needed in one hole was 3. I have the wind screen just about even with the Canopy now. There is room for error here because of the Fiberglass skirt that goes over the Windscreen at the Roll Bar. Next I will remove the Screen, Counter sink the holes then open the holes up to 5/32", If my memory is correct. Hi Sherri :)
