John came by so I turned my attention to the Canopy once again. To get the Canopy lined up with the blocks, first we marked where the Canopy Pin hit the block then marked a line with the same angle as the Pin. Then to get the other angle I measure a line Parrallel to the track in front of the block. Now we have the travel of the Pin as the Canopy slides into the block. After drilling the block, we reamed it out a bit to get a better fit. They fit real nice. A chamfer is given to the top so that any changes in the pin will self align as it goes into the block
Set the angle, clamped it in the vise and went to town.
