Next I shaped the slider top piece (C-762) to the C-763 spacer. The C-661 slider block rides on the top C-762 rail. I then centered them on each other and marked out the holes per the planes. There are 9 Rivets (Double flush) and 6 mounting screws. The mounting srews can be adjusted up to a 1/4" to fall in between the rivets in the top skin that it rests on.
The C-763 is matched to the planes and the 762 is bent to match the 763
Clamped it up before drilling.
I used -8 rivets and cut them down so they filled in the counter sink hole. Out of AN3-7's
