Here we go with the Canopy Roll bar. Layed out the Roll Bar pilot holes per Dwg 42. Made the 4 C-668 spacers that go under the Rollbar/Aft canopy deck. These are used for making up the difference in the F-718-L Angle and the lower side of the canopy deck. They need to be trimmed so they fit up against the inside wall of the canopy deck. To make it easier to access the rear bolts on the Roll bar, I trimmed out a section of the lower canopy deck.
Marked off the position of the Roll Bar Holes.
Spacers all trimmed up.
Here is the notch out of the bottom of the Aft deck to access the rear bolt.
