I futst around with how the wires would exit the floor area and came up with this. There is plenty of room to runn the wire through the crotch strap mount bracket so I cut holes through each bracket and installed grommets. The wire stays clear of everything this way. I also added an adel clamp on the other side so it holds the wire tight.
