I changed the design of the switch sub panel. I'm going to mount this up against the back of the panel and just drill small holes abaove the switches. These holes will hold the tabs in the anti-rotation rings. The sub panel hides these holes behind the panel. I left the angle on the bottom of the sub panel so that I can rivet it to the lip on the panel.
