Decided to install the engine Mount tonight. It was real close to level when I had one hole drilled to size and lined up the rest of the holes, so I went ahead and drilled them all out. It was difficult to size the hole because the hole was already drilled undersize. The drill bit wanted ot grab each piece of Aluminum as it was going through. These would have been easier if the holes where not predrilled so large. I could have then held the Mount up with the Engine Hoist and lined and leveled it on the Firewall then shot the holes right through. With it predrilled (QB) the bit wanted to walk the hole. As you can see below, I got the hole thing pretty level. Now grant it, it is hard to get a level Point on the Mount but I used the Mount Holes for a reference point. Hopefully once the Engine is the Cowl lines up.
