Decided that I will be installing the Remote compass out on the wing inside the tip. The bracket that I purchased works the best out there and then I can mount the OAT sensor on the wing also. It needs to be within about 8' from the Remote compass. This is the way Dynon chose to configure the OAT. I guess they ran out of connections on the EFIS harness.
