Brief Description:  Boiler fix

Today was going to be a day for us to work on the Canopy rear skirts but something more important came up. Yes, there are things more important than building. Richard's son (Brian) is a member of a Church in Milwaukee which is in depressed area. Brian is also a City of Milwaukee Police Ofificer. Nuff said! It is a large School/Church where they cater to inner city children giving them an opportunity to attend there facility. Now for the bad part.. The facility has a 100 year old Boiler furnace that stopped working last week and the Temps around here are getting down in the single digits. Richard went over there a couple days ago to lend a hand but was unable to get the Burner to fire. So, I volunteered my services thinking that I could help the cause and get heat back to the Church and School. Richard warned me that this Boiler was in the Bowles of the building under the Parking garage. Ok, I can handle this I'm a Telecom guy and have been under streets in manholes... Well it wasn't as bad as he made it out to be which was probably smart on his part. It prepared me for the worst. This boiler was like nothing I had ever seen. It stood 12 feet high and about 20 feet long by 8 ft wide with nothing more than a huge combustion chamber, water jackets and a Jet engine (Like) burner with just a Cludge of wires fuel lines and relays. The burner now operated on Natural gas with a Oil back up. We first tryed to get oil over to the burner but the pump was not pulling the oil over from the tank. Working with Oil is a little less Intimidating then the natural gas since the gas was comming in on a 3 1/2" pipe. We then decided to look into the ignition again. Richard had tested this the other day by removing the ignighter and grounding it against the burner and he got a good spark. So we thought right off the bat that the unit wasn't getting fuel since the pilot wasn't lighting. This thing has a standard operating process that if one thing fails, the other will shut down for obvious reasons. The pilot wan't lighting s
