OK, I feel like I did this twice because after mounting the brake I had to take it back off because the fitting at the top (90 deg) will not turn with the brake mounted. So off with it. Anyway, I need to drill the axle for the Wheel Nut. While the wheel was on and off the ground I set the bearing for the correct tightness. I tightened until there was no movement/play in the wheel. I then drilled marker holes through the Nut onto the axle. Removed the wheel and drilled through the axle on both sides.
