Completed Steps 1 through 5 from 8.2, Steps 1 - 7 from 8.3, and Steps 1 and 2 from 8.4. Removed excess Material from both HS-1221-L and R. Cleco'ed top and bottom flanges of the HS-1222 and HS -1230 ribs and the HS-1219-L and R. Match Drilled #30 HS-1230 inboard rib flanges at the spar. Final drilled the four ribs nearest the trailing edges and marked the rib locations for final assembly. Disassembled and deburred all holes then primed ribs with Zinc Phosphate aviation primer. Then riveted top flanges and top surface of the skins HS-1221-L and R.
Marked and separated HS-1220-L and R AST Control Horn. Cleaned and deburred edges. Machine countersunk the HS-1220-L and R control horns for 3/32 inch rivets. Riveted the control horn to the HS-1230 Inboard Ribs using AN4263-3.5 x5 each.
Installed HS-1219-L and R AST Spar on the inside surface of the HS-1221-L and R respectively and riveted spar to the skin using LP4-3 rivets.
Using hinge previously matched drilled with #30 bit from first attempt, riveted the hinge to skin and spar completing the anti servo tabs using LP4-3 rivets.
