Brief Description: Rudder Spar, Spar Caps, and Hinge Prep
Separated Rudder Spar Caps R-1204 and Hinge R-1205 and deburred edges. Final Drilled eight #30 holes and two #12 holes and cleaned and deburred the holes. Positioned the spar caps R-1204 onto spar R-1202, matched drilled #30 holes, deburred the holes. Final drilled WD-1205 Rudder Horn. Primed R-1202, R-1204, and R-1205 parts with Aviation Zinc Phosphate Primer.
