After drilling and deburring and countersinking the trim plate, it is time to dimple. Used my Main Squeeze for every hole except the one you see in pic 1. I only have one yoke so far, and it is too long to fit. So with my lovely assistant's help, I banged it out on the C-frame.
If you are with me so far you may remember my fit problems with E-703, E-704, and skin E-713. After a call to Van's and great help from Scott, I was able to make it happen. He suggested an awl or equivalent to help bring the holes in alignment (the awl pictured belongs to my mother-in-law). It worked well and I was able to get a cleco into every hole. I left these assemblies assembled in "timeout" to let them think about what they have done...and hopefully fit better in the future.
