Got back from trip this evening. Have one day off then back out the 14th. Deburred the aft spar edges, then decided to dimple the right HS sub- structure using my Cleaveland Tool sub-structure dies. Clamped the rear spar to the bench and started on first rivet hole. What's this? The die won't fit? I grab a #40 drill bit and it won't fit either. I realize that after I match drilled the skin and HS-0006 and HS-00005 and the root half of the forward spar, I never did the rest of the stab. So I assemble the frame again, attach the skin again, then ream out the rest of the pre-punched holes.
