Clecoed up the 704 bulkhead and drilled the aft bulkhead to the 704 C and D. I was having trouble deciding how the spacer bars needed to be drilled. The plans call for the bars to be drilled to the aft bulkhead and attached with 426-4-14 rivets. However I noticed the wing spars have simiular holes prepunched in them. I will research this further before commiting to drilling the bars.
