Brief Description: Rudder stops

Built the rudder stops. Meadured the rudder deflection and set the proper 35 degree swing by measuring out 1 1/8" from the rudder skin to the elevator while neutral. I didn't rivet the stops on yet, I'm not completely happy with them.
