Layed out the piano hinges and established clearance fro the ailerons. I have about 3/8" gap and 1/8" clearance from the aileron attach bolt. Drilled and C/S both hinges and dimpled the bottom wing skins. Decided to cut three eyes out of each hinge to run the pins. Riveted the hinges to the wing and checked for function.
