Brief Description: Finished flaps

Installed blind rivets to the inboard rib tip to skin holes, 6 total per flap. Finished riveting the the outboard ribs, Flaps are finished! Brgan work on the ailerons again. Completed the A408 reinforcements then drilled them to the spar along with the A406 and 407 brackets
