Brief Description: Left fuel tank

Made the T711 stiffeners and drilled them to the the T701 skin. Clecoed and drilled the tank ribs to the baffle and attach brackets. Attached the T701 skin and drilled to the W423 spacer. Removed the tank and put in the stand for drilling.
