Re-rivet seatback plates. Drill and cut flap bearing blocks. Fabricate: F785B Attach Angle F767 Flap actuator attach plate F759A flap push rods (Center drill, tap, and assemble with bearings and hardware) F766B Flap actuator angle F766C Flap act. Plate F766D Spacer Drill safety wire hole in flap actuator. Assemble parts and match drill in place. Attach flap motor to battery and measure to 1/2 travel for final fit on 5/1. Match drill and pop-rivet bagage floors. Install nut plates.
