Brief Description:  Bent side skins and built up tailcone

Clecoed side skins to a 2.375 OD PVC pipe then got some help from three other guys. Drilled two holes in the center of the pipe big enough to get a tire iron into. We all held the pipe down to the work table as I uesd the iron to turn the pipe to about 90 degrees. The bend was about halfway done. I picked up the other hole which would allow me to take it to 180 degrees and repeated. When released I had a very nice 90 degree bend. Repeated for the other skin. Built up the sides and clecoed the belly and side bulkheads together. The bend was perfect they layed flat on the belly and all the holes lined up. I was worried about this step but it was a no brainer. Got out the #5 bulkhead parts and slid the bulkhead into the tailcone to see how it fit and the skin radius matched the bulkhead perfect. Thanks for the info Glenn it really helped.
