Brief Description: Master and starter relay and Carb
Finished up the battery box, the rivets supplied with kit were too short so I drilled to #8 screw and bolted lower support to firewall. mounted master and starter relay and reinstalled eng mount. Installed the carb mod to the bing carb which doubles the throw to 2 1/4 inches on throttle. I got the ellison throttle body injector out to figure out if I'm going to use it or not. One thing I noticed is there is only 1 1/4 inch throw from idle to full throttle. To get more a bellcrank or something will have to be used. Also the mixture cable would have to mount in front of the TBI and the fuel fitting would have to be reduced from 3/8 to 1/4 and a mount would have to be fabricated. As of right now I plan on staying with the bing and maybe using a hackman for mixture control.
