Torqued all wing bolts, the plans call for 1 washer on the 3/8 inch bolts but I had to use 2 . 1 wasn't quite thick enough. Deburred the fairings and matching holes on the wings. Clecoed the fairings in place. I ordered the aileron weights from Rans so I removed the left aileron to Balance. I strung it up from two saw horses with .032 safety wire through the hinge pins upside down. Mounted the weight with tape and took my best guess as to how much the paint is going to weigh and balanced them there. Drilled the lead and mounted on the left aileron. Drilled the holes to safety the hinge pins and installed the aileron and safetied in place.
