Finished riveting center section stringers to #5 bulkhead. Transfer drilled seat belt brackets and #5 bulkhead gussets. Polished edges and deburred. On the gussets I driled two holes up from the bottom then clecoed the opposite gusset on top and used as a template. Drilled to 40 removed then drilled to 30 worked well and didn't have to use a mirror to find my pilot holes.
