Removed #1 bulkhead from center section and clecoed in place in tailcone. Cut and drilled longerons per manual. Clamped in place and drilled to #40. Clecoed Vertical stab in place. Then verified vertical ,drilled and reamed attachment holes. Placed a 3/16 bolt through the hinges to help hold them alined as I drilled bolt holes. Verified alinment again then drilled closeout panel to #40.
