Brief Description:  #5 bulkhead and tailcone

Finished up the #5 bulkhead. There are plenty of opportunities to mess something up here. Drilling and reaming the bolts to proper size is one. I took my time and every thing came out fine. I spent a lot of time drilling undersize and building up to the proper size then reamed to final size. Reamed the trim tube bushings to .5 and had to remove about .007 off of each bushing face for clearance. One of the washers on the tube was slightly off 90 degrees and was dragging. The tube isn't perfectly stright and I will have to ream the bushings another .001 or .002 to get it smooth all the way around. Clecoed in the #4, #3 ,#2 bulkheads and the bellcrank chanel. I also noticed that the joggle on the upper fuse stringers was not enough to blend well on the aft bulkhead so I removed them and made a deeper joggle. Turned out good.
