Spent the day gathering up all the parts for the side skins. Then polished the edges. I rembered reading that one builder used a 2" pipe (as the manual states) to bend the side skins and that the radius was too small. So I talked to Randy at Rans and he measured the pipe that they use and it was 2". I emailed Glen another builder to see what he used and how it turned out. He used a 2" ID PVC which is a 2.375" OD pipe and said it turned out perfect. I decided to do the same and picked up a 2" ID PVC pipe.
