Deburred the gear attach angles,side skins and gussets. Primed side skins and gussets. Mocked up and pinned gear attach brackets to gear attach angles prior to riveting belly skins to brackets. Pinning with bolts prior to clecoing worked good. Clecoing the brackets first shifted the bolt holes just enough to make the bolts to tight. Sanded down the stems of the AAPQ rivets. Used a sanding disk on an angle die grinder. It took very little pressure and 5 to 10 seconds per rivet. I can now rub my hand over them without getting cut.
