Started carry through spar by laying out the parts. Manual had me fab some pins to align front and rear spar halves until they are reamed to final size. Bought some 3/8 bar stock and cut 12 three inch pieces. Sanded them down to .365 in. They fit snug. Then I found out one of the pieces I needed was back ordered so I set the piece aside and organized my parts. Now when I need a part I go to the back ordered list first to make sure I have it. I laid out the parts for the panel and clecoed it together. If you put your radios in the center stack you will have 6.5 inches from top to bottom.
