Removed the vertical stablizer and trimmed a little more off of the bottom for a better fit then bolted in place. Installed rudder and cables. Checked for freedom and found the left cable would rub the top of the bulkhead opening. Cut a bigger radius for clearance. Could not apply full right brake with full right rudder so I had to reposition the top fitting on the resivoir.
Had to open up the opening a little on the top so that cable wouldn't rub.
