Brief Description:  Flap fillet

I made sure that the flaps were ay zero degrees then I finished up the right hand flap fillet. I had to drill out 9 rivets 2 ccpq's and 7 avex. I made a mark between the point where the aft top rivet would be on the fillet and where the fillet would meet with the trailing edge of the flap. Placed the fillet in a vice between two 2x4's, lined up my line and bent the forward edge with my hands allowing the aft portion to just roll. It came out perfect and didn't have to do anymore bending. I was worried about the edge distance on the holes that I had to locate so I drew a line 1/4 of an inch around the fillet and drew a line 1/4 inch above the center of the removed rivets. When I placed the fillet in place I made sure the top edge was above this line. I placed three small pieces of foam tape and that elevated the fillet just above the line. Made a few marks then used a hole finder to locate the holes. I used 1 inch spacing on the rest of the holes but think 1.5 would be better, there are two rivets in the belly that the holes come very close to that wouldn't be an issue with 1.5 inch spacing. When I do the left I'm going to use 1 inch on the top so they look the same but 1.5 on the belly to avoid the rivets. Deburred and polished the edges then primed and clecoed in place and riveted.

NOTE: I place a bunch of pictures in my construction tips if it helps anyone.
