Trimmed and fit the forward section of the right wing tip. I looked like it was going to have a slight buckle where it met but I unclecoed the rivet line 90 degreeds from the tip which allowed me to tape and drill the skin flat with the tip. When I reclecoed the 90 degree line it pulled the tip up for a very good fit with the skin. Connected the aileron pushrods and checked for interferance. I had to remove the fuel line from the hole the pushrod goes through for clearance. I will relocate it later. Installed the flap pushrods. The book calls for an AN4-11A bolt which is too long. I used a -10 and a -9 would probably work but I didn't try. The wires that come through the spar come close to the aileron pushrods and I'll have to put a clamp somewhere to keep them from rubbing the pushrod.
Right tip deilled to 40
