Removed the procetive covering from the skirt then clecoed skirt and glass on to frame. Marked the skirt where it needed to be trimmed. Removed skirt and trimmed with shears. Marked canopy glass where it needed to be trimmed then trimmed with a cutoff wheel. I left the glass on the frame for support and taped the trimmed portion the the glass so it couldn't flop around and crack the glass. Removed glass from frame and primed frame. Painted the sill.
