Rich The other thing you could easily do would be to just move the rudder pedals aft by adding another set of tube bushings further to the rear and leaving the original ones in there most forward location. one would need to make new cables and interconnects saving all the original stuff so that it could be converted back if necessary. Dave - I guess I was having a "Duh" or "Senior Moment". Yes that is an excellent idea. For some reason I thought the attachment was welded in place but when I looked it was bolted in place. Moving aft I can get the rudder pedal stanchion 4 inches closer to my feet. However I see one problem I'm not sure how to get around. The floor brace is in the way if moving it aft as you can see in the picture. Any ideas?
