Brief Description: Engine tests. Wing stub.

Mad three tries to obtain 4900 RPM static at WOT. Last test resulted in 5050 RPM. Ill try again later; CHT went to redline after 3 tests. Removed right wing and flapperon. Replaced rear spar stub with new one .025" oversized. Re-installed flapperon. Will try sing on this weekend.
