We finished the top of the seat backs tonight by manufacturing and isntalling the reclining slots on the longeron. Tammy helped me tonight. After it was assembled, I discoverd that I did not put a big enough wedge in the slot when riveting, and this caused the gap to be too narrow for the seatback. I think it can be fixed with a dremel tool and a little prying? Better snug than too loose.
We also removed the cabin floor and will start the process of installing all the controll bell cranks and flap rods. This will also be a good time to put in the fuel lines, brake lines and cables before the rudder peddles are installed
